These terms govern your use of littlenanosciences.com and any order you place through it. By using the site or ordering from it, you accept them. Please read the health note below — it matters more than the rest.

Health and product use
Our products are foods and food supplements, not medicines. They are intended to support a varied diet, not to replace one, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Follow the serving stated on the pack and on the product page. Do not exceed it.
- Read the full ingredient list before giving a product to a child with a known allergy.
- If your child has a medical condition, or takes prescribed medication, speak to a paediatrician before introducing any supplement.
- Keep products out of reach of young children and store them as directed.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no content here should be used to delay or replace professional medical care.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we cannot deliver to your address — and if we do, we refund you in full.
You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable tax.
- Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Prices can change at any time, but never after we have confirmed your order.
- If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch rather than simply charging it.
Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan. Orders are normally dispatched within one to two working days, and delivery usually takes a further two to five working days depending on the destination. These are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the courier, its timing is outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Sealed, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened food and supplement products cannot be returned. Damaged, incorrect or missing items are always replaced or refunded. The full terms are on our Returns & Refunds page and form part of these terms.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others.
Our content
The text, images, product photography and design on this site belong to Little Nano Sciences or our licensors. You may view and share pages normally, but you may not copy or reuse our content commercially without written permission.
Reviews and submissions
If you post a review or send us feedback, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and you grant us permission to publish it. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or makes medical claims about our products.
Liability
We stand behind what we sell. Where a product is faulty, incorrectly described or unfit for sale, we will replace or refund it, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
